Disney’s Twilight Zone Tower of Terror
The most iconic Hollywood Studios ride is the Tower of Terror. Disney’s Tower of Terror is basically the icon of the Disney World’s Hollywood Studios.
The Tower of the Terror is one of the most thrilling, exhilarating attractions at Walt Disney World. On Disney World’s Tower of Terror, you enter a “haunted” hotel and once onboard the elevator you drop more than 13 stories over and over.
Without a doubt, Hollywood Studios Tower of Terror is one of the most thrilling and unique rides at Disney World. If you love thrills, you have to give Disney’s Tower of Terror a try.

Disney’s Rock n Roller Coaster
One of the other most well known rides at Disney’s Hollywood Studios is Rock n Roller Coaster. Hollywood Studios Rock n Roller Coaster is a fast moving roller coaster through Hollywood.
Rock n Roller Coaster goes from 0 to 60 mph in 3 seconds. In addition to the speed, Disney’s Rock n Roller Coaster goes up-side down more than 3 times.
All while Aerosmith music blares through your ears. Hollywood Studios Rock n Roller Coaster is one of the most epic roller coasters at Disney World. Make sure to take a ride through Hollywood on your next Disney trip!

Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway
The newest Hollywood Studios ride is Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway. On Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway, you travel through the Mickey Mouse cartoons and visit your favorite Disney characters.
Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway is a slow, moving trackless ride that is perfect for the whole family to enjoy together. This Disney World ride has cars that can seat up to 8 people so even large families can ride together.
Make sure to visit the Chinese Theater to ride this Hollywood Studios attraction. And make sure to ride Hollywood Studios Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway with your entire family!

Toy Story Mania
One of my favorite rides at Disney’s Hollywood Studios is Toy Story Mania. On Toy Story Mania, you get a chance to play your favorite carnival games along with your favorite Toy Story characters.
Put on your 3D glasses and have fun competing against your family and friends. Toy Story Mania is a family favorite and one you can ride time and time again.
Toy Story Mania Height Requirement: No height requirement
Slinky Dog Dash
The most popular Disney Hollywood Studios ride is Slinky Dog Dash. Slinky Dog Dash is a fun, family sized roller coaster on the back of your favorite Toy Story character.
This Disney World Hollywood Studios ride is a family favorite but it still has some big hills and twist and turns. In my opinion, Slinky Dog Dash is a great ride for anyone not just families and children.
The one negative to this Disney World ride is the long lines. If you want to ride Slinky Dog Dash, make sure to get in line early or use Disney Genie+.

Alien Swirling Saucers
The other ride in Hollywood Studios Toy Story Land is the Alien Swirling Saucers. The Alien Swirling Saucers are like cars that spin you around with your favorite aliens and the claw ride.
This Disney Hollywood Studios ride is similar to many other carnival rides that spin and twist. But Alien Swirling Saucers can be a fun ride for families and those looking for tamer thrills.

Star Wars Rise of the Resistance
The most epic ride at Disney’s Hollywood Studios is Star Wars Rise of the Resistance. Rise of the Resistance uses Disney’s most advanced technology allowing you to fight the first order in the world of Star Wars.
You will join the resistance, run from Kylo Ren, and even face Storm Troopers on this Hollywood Studios ride. Star Wars Rise of the Resistance is a dramatic ride with lots of turns, twists, and even a little drop.
This Disney World ride isn’t like your traditional Disney thrill rides. The thrill comes from being immersed in the world of Star Wars and the journey you will go on.
If you love Star Wars, you MUST ride Rise of the Resistance.

Disney’s Star Tours
The original Star Wars ride at Walt Disney World is Star Tours. On Star Tours, board your starspeeder and travel throughout the Star Wars universe.
During this Hollywood Studios ride, your flight is intercepted by the first order and you hit a few bumps along the road. Star Tours is a simulator so you will move side to side and hit a few bumps on your journey.
Interestingly enough, Star Tours has several versions so each time you ride Star Tours your journey will be different.
Star Tours is a little more family friendly than some of the other Stars Wars Galaxy Edge rides. Make sure to check out this Disney World Hollywood Studios ride with the whole family.

Millennium Falcon Smugglers Run
If you are a Star Wars fan, than you will love this Hollywood Studios ride. On the Millennium Falcon Smugglers Run, pilot the famous Millennium Falcon.
If you aren’t lucky enough to pilot the Millennium Falcon, you can also serve as an engineer or gunner. This Disney World Hollywood Studios ride, is a simulator that bumps you up and down, side to side. With that being said, this isn’t a great ride for those with motion sickness.
An interesting fact about this Disney Hollywood Studios ride is that the outcome of your ride depends on how your pilots drive. I’ve had pretty smooth rides on the Millennium Falcon and super bumpy rides too.
